Pursuant to Article 12 of the European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), the Data Controller shall provide the Data Subject with all the information referred to in Articles 13 and 14 (information content) and the notices referred to in Articles 15 to 21 (rights of the Data Subject) and Article 34 relating to the processing in a concise, transparent and easily accessible form, in simple and clear language.
Pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016 and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code), as last amended by Law 56/2024, the following information is provided.
Source of personal data
The collection of your personal data is carried out by recording the data you provide, in your capacity as data subject, when registering on the form to access the services provided and/or the events organised as part of the Ravenna Welcomes Talents project.
Purposes of data processing
Personal data are processed to provide services and to contact/invite you to events organised within the Ravenna Welcomes Talents project. Data collected in aggregate and anonymous form are used for statistical purposes and to assess the project’s result indicators.
Data processing
In relation to the purposes described above, personal data are processed using manual, computerised and telematic tools with logics strictly related to the above-mentioned purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. Once the purposes have been fulfilled, the data will be deleted or transformed into anonymous form.
Optional provision of data
The provision of data is optional, but without it will not be possible to fulfil the purposes described in point 3 (“Purposes of data processing”).
People to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of the data in their capacity as Data Processors or people in charge of processing
Your personal data may be disclosed exclusively to the officers of the European Policies department, Immigration Policies department, Youth Policies department and Economic Development Area, who have been identified as data processors.
Rights of the Data Subject
Finally, we would like to inform you that the legislation on the protection of personal data gives data subjects the possibility to exercise specific rights, as set out in Article 7 of the “Code”, which is reproduced below:
1- The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2- The data subject has the right to be informed:
– of the origin of personal data;
– of the purposes and methods of processing;
– of the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
– of the identity of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Art. 5, para. 2;
– of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of processing.
3 – The data subject has the right to obtain
– the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data;
– the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
– certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4- The data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
– for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
– to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
Data Controller and Data Processors

The Data Processor is Mr. Paolo Neri. The same is responsible for responding, in the event of exercising the rights indicated above, and can be contacted at the following email address/telephone number upe@comune.ra.it .
